Established in Athens in 2021, we bring several decades of housing experience from the North. We have an individualized approach to student housing with no hidden fees and a personal atmosphere. Most of our housing is located within the 5pts and surrounding areas, close to UGA, Athens Technical College and Piedmont University. Our houses offer a unique approach to off-campus living; by knowing our tenants and ensuring the properties are in a well-maintained and welcoming environment.  We invite you to explore the website and view our properties. When is rent due?

Rent is due on the 1st of every month by 5pm. Although, rent can be paid before the 1st of the month.

How do I pay Rent?

Paying rent is simple and only takes a few steps! Visit our resident portal, login to your personalized account, select the green “make payment” button from your resident center homepage, and you’re all set.

Do I need to set up a resident portal?

Yes! Our resident portal is easy to set up and can be accessed directly from our website. Don’t worry, when the time comes to rent with us – we’ll help walk you through specific instructions! You’ll use your resident portal to do things such as sign your lease, pay rent, and file maintenance requests.

How do I know when a house becomes available?

We update our website frequently and include a “not available” banner on any house currently leased. But the best way to inquire about any property of interest is to fill out our contact form and let us work with you to find the perfect place!

Are utilities included?

While we offer many great amenities across our houses including firepits, front porches, decks, and new remodels – utilities are the tenant’s responsibility. Utilities vary from location to location but usually include water and trash, electricity, and internet.

Do you allow pets?

While we love our furry friends, currently we do not allow 4 legged friends to dwell in our properties. Service animals of any kind must be registered with appropriate paperwork. Just like with any rental, we charge a reasonable pet deposit. Let us know during your house search and leasing process, and we’ll be sure to get everything squared away.
