There is nothing quite like the Classic City, and Downtown Athens is certainly no exception! The Downtown area has tons of shops, restaurants, and hidden gems including the monumental Georgia Theatre for top-notch concerts, Onward Reserve to get decked out in your game day attire, Trapeze Pub for a fun dinner with friends, and plenty of coffee shops to visit in between classes.

Just minutes away from the Arch, Chapel Bell, and UGA’s beautiful North Campus – it’s the perfect place to spend time and make lasting memories during your years at the University of Georgia.

Moving a bit outside of 5 Points is also an ideal spot to live during your college years. The Beechwood / Alps area is a central location to Beechwood’s shopping center, Five Points, Milledge Avenue, Barnett Shoals, and Macon Highway!

Just a short 5-10 minute drive to campus and conveniently located near the Inner and Outer Loop – our Eastside homes are close to some big Athens favorites including Mama’s Boy at the Falls for all of your breakfast needs, Showtime Bowling on a Friday night with friends, UGA’s intramural fields for a quick game of pickleball or football, and of course Ramsey’s Student Center to get that late night or early morning workout in.
